Pathetic service

The Glen " The fix Store"

Early in the year of 2018 I purchased a Hi sense 10 from the above store. 7 months down the line the phoned packed up , i then had to take it back to the store. In both instanses I was assisted by a guy by the name of Joe. 2 Months went by and my phone was not yet back. I made several calls to the fix store and Joe kept on telling me that he has to speak to the repairs department. After 2 and a half months my phone was returned to me, only to find that the phone was still not working. Joe called me a few times but that was still not service because i still didn't have my phone. It is now 3 months down the line , I still don't have my phone. Joe called me and told me to call the repairs department myself which didn't make any sense to me but yeah i called them to no luck. I just don't understand why such store are still running when the provided service is pathetic. One buys from them expecting to get proper service other than lip service.
