Pathetic

The fix online doesn't even deserve 1 star. The online store is pathetic. The customer services might as well not exist! Half of my order was shipped to Durban and that young lady's order was delivered to me in cape Town. This was reported multiple times by myself and the other customer and nothing was done. I logged a return yet more than a week later I still have this womens items. Besides the wrong item being delivered I have the personal information of 2 other customers which is completely unacceptable. So be careful when choosing to use the services of the fix online. To protect your personal information and ensure you receive the items you have paid for rather make use of a different online store.
