Official Complaintb

My name is Zizipho, an ex employee at the fix in Baywest. Iv been working there as a 72hr since December 2021 and every month till march they renewed it. 31 March 2022 was my 3rd month working at the store and after I was suppose to be signed permanent but they didn't. Teekay who is the caretaker said Lemees didn't send her my contract and instead of signing me permanent they signed the new girl who just started and didn't finish a month at the store. Now this is not new because it's the 2nd time it's happening since I started there, now I'm home unemployed and seeking employment.

My reason for this complaint is, I have 2day they owe me from December and overtime money from February until march. I have been writing to the fuse but they never give me straight forward answers or my money. I don't understand why they would deduct uif from me in my last month march when they knew they would not sign me as permanent/ renew my contract. Were they trying to be spiteful? Because now I'm not getting my R350 unemployment grant and then I ask them for my uif documents so I can go claim it and apply for the relief grant again, they give me the run around. I don't understand why they are doing this to me at the fix, I'm very disappoint with the focshini group and how they treat thier employees shame. Please help me because now I'm thinking of going to the CCMA.
