Not keeping to indicated operating Hours
Clearly indicated on their shop window, they show their operating hours until 19:00. Arriving at 18:50 they refused entry and shop attendees cleaning and till closed. I feel if you are not operating until 19:00 the sign should be changed to indicate that you will only be operating till 18:50. It left us in a predicament as my wife needed clothes for a function the next day and then found unhelpful staff who wants to go home early.
