Not a happy client
Good day
I feel extremely frastrated I made a layby at the fix in westgate mall. I was not advised of the return policy, I took out my layby only to find I was not happy with the shoes, when I returned them, I was only informed I couldn’t be given a refund but a gift card! I wanted to be refunded for cash
How does one handle this ?
