no laybe on shoes

<p>I was at The fix store in sammy marks yesterday. I wanted to laybye a pair os shoes but Ntombi said customers are not allowed to laybye shoes anymore. It was very funny because i always laybye shoes from the very same store. I then called customer service ths morning to query about the "new policy" and the confirmed that there is nothing like that. Ntombi gave me a false information, what an incovinience for me as i loved and wanted those shoes and i didnt have enough money hence i decided to laybye instead.</p>
