No exchanges No Help

I went to Fashion Express Mosselbay Mall to exchange a pair of shoes that I have received from a friend as a gift but they were to small.<br> I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size but they didn't have the correct size I then asked if they could give me a voucher in the mean time and the cashier (Tazneem) rep**** \We dont have gift cards I cant help you"I then asked for the manager whom wasn't much of a help either she simply said go to another store and exchange it there. I then asked for head office nr she gave me a number which was in regards to accounts I asked for a different nr which she didn't want to provide me with. I then asked for their names and surnames to lodge a complaint she gave me her name but refused to give me her surname and they did not once appologize for the fact that they could not assist me but kept telling me its my own fault cause I dont have a slip. I then told them that they have poor service and teh \""manager\"" just kept asking me at which hospital I worked i said that was none of their concern and then the \""manager\"" kept belittling me"
