NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Today I walked into the Fashion Express in Sammy Marks square on my way back to the office and saw such lovely garments in the display windows, I've been looking for a pair of gladiator sandals and knew I'd find something really chic there. Upon walking into the shop I walked straight to the shoe display and immediately found a beautiful pair of gladiator sandals in a tan colour however they were not my size, there were two shop assistants standing near me I greeted them and literally begged if they had another pair in my size the employees just looked at me and with blank stares, said no and walked away very sourly as if I had offended them by even asking, not even offering to check if they had something similar in my size or offering to check at another branch. Trying not to be phased by their attitude I continued to look through the shop noting the lovely bags and stuff and still not one person offered to help me find anything. I decided to walk out of the shop as it was clear I was not going to get any assistance and continued to be given dirty looks by the assistants who were now standing together at the front of the shop. I will NEVER return to any Fashion Express
