My Mobicell phone

I'm very disappointed with the service of this store really, The Fix store in CanalWalk I bought a phone for R800 rand in March,I used the phone in one week it gave me problems it was freezing or if I touche the screen it will not operate ,I returned the phone to the store with the box and slip and the lady was assisting me said I'll be called as soon the phone comes back from the repairs. I let April pass to check my phone...May came I phoned the store checking if my phone hasn't come back from repairs they said NO, I kept going to the store month by month to check if my phone hasn't arrived all with no LUCK , I am very upset with their service regards with my phone whereabouts August I went there again Other lady said to me she will make a follow up I should leave my details she will call me,guess what I was never called ...All I want is my money back it's been 5 months approaching 6 months Now. There's nothing tangible regards with my phone this is too much this is very upsetting really.
