Most appalling and rude customer service EVER!

Bought from the store and returned an item at 12:30 11/07/2015 and the girl at the till 1stly comments how can i return such a small item? next i pay for other item and she doesn't give me back my money for the returned item, she says shes included it on my slip and i tell her no my change is short..then she has the audacity to insinuate that I'm dumb or something by saying that her manager must explain to me because clearly i cannot comprehend what shes telling me. Not to my surprise the manager corrects her and tells her she did in fact make my change short, and of course cashier didn't have the manners to apologies to me . And this is not the first time this girl has always been rude to customers unfortunately she did not have a name badge on her all i remember is natural hair and has dark circled small eyes. I am enough of this store i will not be setting foot there again!
