Manager was loud and rude

I went to the fix store in mall of Africa today around 11:00 and the manager was so rude and loud. She doesn’t know how to address a customer, I was there to inquire about exchanging and she spoke to me as if I was at a distance. I felt comfortable being assisted by the retailer rather than the store manager. The fix please train your managers on how to handle their customer and their tone. I’m never coming back again to the fix mall of Africa!
