Manager from hell at The Fix Cental City Mabopane

This lady is very rude, unprofessional and belittles her staff in front of customers, I’m not sure if it’s because she wants her presence to be felt or if she is generally a rude person. I feel if there’s an issue,she should address it with her staff in private,I feel sorry for her staff because it seems like they are working in a very toxic environment

The other day I went to the store,the sanitiser bottle wasn’t spraying properly,some lady entered the store and tried using the spray bottle but the content wasn’t coming out properly, She made a comment saying she wishes she wasn’t working with black people because black people are always vandalising things, I personally felt that was not appropriate and really rude.
