Mahlogonolo Dimame from THE FIX (Mall Of Africa) is rude!!!

I approached a consultant at The Fix Mall of Africa by the name of Mahlogonolo Dimema for assistance regarding an issue I have with TFG Online. She said they cannot call the online facility and I should do that on my own. I then got a second opinion at the Foschini store which is opposite and the lady said The Fix is supposed to call (they have the authority to call) and asked why aren't they doing their job.

I went back to the store to find a gentlemen working at the till at 14:00 PM (18th March 2019) who was extremely helpful and the matter was partially resolved. The initial reason why I approached Foschini for a second opinion was that Mahlogonolo was rude, did not want to listen, seemed extremely bored and provided false information. I always purchase at THE FIX MOA and was very disappointed at Mahlogonolo's attitude.
