Laybye complain

Good day

I am not happy with the service i continuesly get from the fix jabulani mall everytime i go for a laybye they always tell me they offline my colleague was also complaining about the same thing its for the 5th time i go for a laybye and they tell me they offline I don't know why would a company render a service they can't provide cause this is getting out of hand. Can you'll please attend to this matter cause instead of getting better it keeps on getting worse.
