I bought shoes last week , they were supposed to be delivered on 30th November, I received a call from a carrier asking if I was home, I told him I'm 10 min away from home I'm almost there, than I asked how far was he, he told GPS says he's 30 min away, than I said ull find me home. A min after that call I Received a call from Ashbel Agencies that lady told me the carrier driver was at my place he couldn't find me , I told that is a lie I just spoke to that guy he told me his 30 min away from my house, than the lady ask how about they deliver my parcel following day 01/12/22 I said it ohk I'll be home all day will wait for my parcel. That parcel did not come till today, this morning they sent me massage saying my parcel will be delivered today before 17:00 but they fail to deliver again, im very ****ed and disappointed in this store they played me I will never do business with them again.
