Item not delivered

Placed an order on the 14th of June for a couple of items including a pair of jeans from thefix, received everything minus the pair of jeans which I still haven’t received it’s been almost 2 months of me trying to get my jeans delivered. Their Social media team keeps promising to get someone to call me back I only got 1 call and an email which didn’t solve anything so disappointed
