"is djy klaar" by training geleer
"Is djy Klaar" die sin het nog nooit vir my so warm om die kraag gemaak soos vanoggend nie...en dan nog bonop vertel hul het training gehad en dat dit nie lelik is nie..die hele situasie is blykbaar op kamera..nog nooit gehoor enige iemand vra vir 'n klient "is djy klaar "nie miskien sal die vraag ,met 'n beter gesindheid ,beter aan my kant afgegaan het as daar ten minste 'n glimlag of beter stemtoon was...
