Inexperienced *********** staff

The Fix Mompati Mall has rude,uncouth employees who undermine people and have no knowledge about customer care.Do they actually go for training as it looks to me that it’s on job training.You have traumatised my family,as soon as they got home they told my brother what happened.Im going to weigh my legal option on the mall security that were called for 1 female,they didn’t touch me but it intimidated and all in front of other customers and my children.
