Income Credit limit recorded on the bureau

I opened a The fix Account with a credit limit of R 6185.00 however on the Experian credit report it reflect that my limit is R25 000 I went to The Fix Highveld Mall and the called Call Centre i spoke to them and i was told that the cant reduce the balance because the credit bureau is the one that recorded it as R25000 i sent a dispute email to the bureau and they rep**** "Good day and thank you for your email

Kindly note that R25 000 is what was offered that you could use when the account was opened , it is not what you Owe .

Please note that the Current Balance is R 6185.00 should you wish to Settle and Close the account

To Change the Open Balance please find out from Foschini if they can change it from your Profile on our records .
