Incentive Manager at the Fix West street Durban

My niece went to the Fix West Street in Durban Central, she approved a lady that was wearing black and had the strings for staff at the store for size on t-shirt and the lady told her that she will check at the back of their store then immediately after speaking to her everything just went blank when she opened her eyes her bad was gone, her cell phone was gone the store has camera's like 4 camera's where the t-shirts are but the manager said they cannot pull the cameras because they being controlled by someone who is based in Cape town, I feel like the staff is involve the manager was so incentive about the whole incident and she even mentioned that it was not the first incident of this sort, so what is the store doing about it? people get ****** in the store when there 's camera's and a security guard so clearly the store is a just a ******* it should be closed I am so ****ed my niece does not have a phone, no student card, the money that was in the bag all we get was that there's nothing they can do? it pathetic, I was this to be dealt with or I'm taking this to Social media and I will make this store to trend.
