I'm not happy at all

Morning I went to jubilee mall in hammanskraal to the fix to pay for my winter laybye staff bring food Infront of staff I don't know maybe they don't have staff.and again winter clothes in summer are being markdown on them but for laybuy they say we pay on same amount and that cashier lady she told me now the boots are on sale but I paid the original amount and the other lady says to her did you use the original amount cause it's laybuy and that one says yes I did.so I gonna return those shoes. Someone will buy them on markdown price cause now it's not far at all and if this it new policy it need to be told to customer.im not happy at all.
