I'm disappointed and angry

Hello , yesterday on the 27th of march 2021. I went to the Fix at festival mall. To my knowledge the shop closes at 5 and I got there at 4:40when I got there I was denied access to enter the shop one of the employees told me that the shop is closed at 4:40. So I was a bit confused maybe they have to close 20 minutes before closing time maybe that's how they do things. Can I please be assisted and get clarification on how things work. I was not happy because I also work at retail and to my knowledge the shop closes exactly at closing time not before. The employee even closed the door in my face
