I was called a dog for buying at the store!!!

I usually go shop at fashion express &I was once there with a friend we were told to leave the store while still getting a pair of shoes that they've are closed,I let that incident go,the most horrific one of them all happened on the 27th November 2015, I got to the store at about 17:20pm and ther doors were still wide open &still had many other customers. I checked for what I needed to get, then stood in the que as I stood in the que I realised I wanted to change the size of the t shirt I took went back and changed It. I came back and had to stand last on the que as people already took my spot,patiently I stood while the lady slowly served the customers before me, I was the last person left and as I approached the till it was just before 17:45 pm one the workers there with the Dreadlocks spoke across the room in their native language Zulu saying 'THIS DOG ALWAYS COMES HERE AT THIS TIME TO MAKE US WORK!!! ' I could not believe my ears, I was emotionally torn and shocked that I could ever be insulted for buying/spending money at a store!! They have the most cruel and unprofessional staff this world will ever offer at this branch!! I'll never step foot into that store again!!!
