I want a new tablet part 2

I've recently write a complaint on this page to fashion express and I was told to go choose a new tablet or a phone of my choice at the Zeerust Fashion Express store in North West. When I got the store I was told that I cant get anything as my tablet which has going from on fashion express to the next for almost 10mionths can't be exchanged as they sent it with all the papers. Then I was told that at repairs they sent the wrong phone back to them, meaning I'm still waiting <br> Please I have things to do with that tablet or a new one that I'll get. Get back to me asap or return back my money/reverse the transaction as it was bought with a tfg card
