I want a new tablet

I've taken my tablet for repairs after being sent off by one of the manager at Newtown junction fashion express and this has been addressed. After West gate mall fashion express took the matters into their own hands they did their level best to take my tablet to repairs. This tablet was still new as as only used it for a few weeks not even a month. I waited and waited for 3month and still nothing. After I requested to get the new tablet from them an they agreed but the problem wa they didn't have it in store. So the area manager of JHB suggested that I check any tfg stores I they have it, T1010, I managed to get at foschini Jhb cbd. After that they couldn't give me a new tablet because tfg wanted me to pa for it as I'll be credited when the one at repair c back. But I couldn't because They are I back but to Zeerust. When I got to Zeerust where I initially bought it. But they said they taking it to repair till the day it it it than 5mont without my tablet
