I normally go do my laybyes without an ID because when they punch it automatically appears so there was a helping me asking if I had my ID so I was still explaining to her they I do my laybyes here regularly without it the this other lady by the name Tsietsi just jumped in with an attitude yelling saying they can't do laybye for me so I asked her not to shout then she started saying rude things I'm really not impressed with their staff they don't have nice customer service
