Horrific Service-p***

TFG probably has the most horrific nonexistent service. To think that you’re a retail company its rather shocking how you run your business. I placed an order online on Saturday and paid for the order via EFT , I received an email confirming that payment has been received and that I would be contacted with regards to the delivery , the next morning I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled , heaven knows why!! Your website is a joke it has endless ‘’technical errors’’ Seeing that my order was mysteriously cancelled but conveniently you received my money I have been sending numerous emails asking for assistance but haven’t received any feedback. This is really pathetic , today is Wednesday and I haven’t gotten an answer as to where my money is!!

I don’t know why you even have email address advertised to the public when you don’t even attend to your clients!!
