Horrible Service

Im so disappointed in the level of poor service I received at The FIX Acornhoek mall. They refused to refund me because they claim that they don’t have money. I went to the store more than once and all they give me is an attitude and a response that they don’t have money, they didn’t even bother to have a look at what I want to return even the value. Im just utterly disappointed, as it doesn’t only cost me time but it costs me money travelling to the shop only to be served bad attitude. This seems to be their way to **** us so we give up on going back or they want the return period to lapse.
