Horrible customer service junction mall at The fix Phillipi Western Cape

I was at the Fix Junction Mall today in Phillipi Western Cape..what am attitude I was given by the store manager named Fikiswa Khanyi..she is extremely rude!! does not have customer service skills at all

I bought a skirt at Canal Walk yesterday which was on promotion,you buy one and get one free so I shared with the other customer I met at the store since we both wanted the same skirt..I didn’t get the Chance to fit since it was full.

When I got home it didn’t fit me well I went to return it or exchange,the lady who assisted me was willing to do do,the there she came the rude store manager who told me she won’t do it I must go return it where I bought it or get the other skirt can’t return one told her how I purchased it I was even willing to get half price too.

I asked her where is it written on the slip that I can’t return something on promotion?she rep**** by saying it’s not there since she is saying it her word is final

I’ve never experienced such horrible service all the years I’ve shopped at the TFG stores..am very upset with this kind of behavior

Please assist me how to escalate this matter!!
