HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND *********** STAFF

Shocker service! If there was an option, I would have rated no star at all. This is pathetic! I had a one hour lunch and urgently needed an outfit for an event I had to attend after work...thinking the fix is the one stop store just to be told that there was a problem with my TFG card and the shop assistant was unable to explain what the issue was. She then made me read what was on the screen as she did not know what this meant. This happened at The Fix in Claremont yesterday. I was left without a outfit, had to take unpaid leave and travel to town to another store. I am not left with unpaid hours. Well done THE FIX, so much for fixing!
