Horrible customer service
Please amend your return policy to specially state that Bodysuits are apparently regarded underwear and will not be exchanged.
I tried to exchange a Bodysuit I purchased and tried on at home. The cashier informed me that the cashier that took my payment would have asked me if I tried it on in the store and would have told me I can't return the item. This was not the case.
I told her no one communicated this policy to me. She simply said she's sorry she won't exchange the item. She said 'other ladies bring it back after they wore it and then it's dirty. They are spoiling it for you.' I asked her if she wanted to inspect the garment to see if I fall into the category of the other ladies she referred to. She refused. This left me wondering if this was not perhaps her own policy rather than that of the store.
Also what difference does it make if I tried it on at home or in the store? So if I try it on in the store, it's considered hygienic enough to hang back on the shelf but God forbid I try it on at home and bring it back when it does not fit??
If this is your policy, then please communicate it to your customers. Put up signage in your store or something. And come up with a policy that makes sense. If it's for hygiene reasons then you can't allow people to try it on in the store either!!!!
I was not greeted and neither of the ladies looked impressed to be there or in the mood to assist me. What a ******* experience. Will never return to the store.
