Great exceptional service

My daughter received a gift (black dress) purchased in Bloemfontein it was one size too big (L) and we needed to do an exchange however the garment even though still in mint retail condition, tag still in place as well as till slip at hand. It had passed the 30 day exchange timeframe. So I walked into The FIX (West Street Durban) and spoke to store manager Fezile whom explained the stores protocol as well as terms and conditions on exchanging items. However she went out of her way being effecient with great customer service allowing me to make the exchange after checking that the garment is still in good selling conditions. I was further promptly assisted by Mcebo on the floor finding the perfect fit dress for my daughter. Such great friendly prompt and efficient great customer service... Thank you Fezile and Mcebo
