<p>my husband purchased 2 x SAMSUNG J2 cellphones at the store THE FIX on the BLUFF 3 weeks ago,</p> <p>the special was if you purchase a phone, you get an ear splitter as well as 50mg data for a year. we got the data but not the ear splitter. we asked the staff, and they said they never heard of a ear splitter but they will find out. we have been to teh store more than almost 5 times and to date no resolve. the manager initially told me, i could purchase online, why should i buy it if i paid for it already and now tell me if was on the wrong product. the manager Maxine has promised me numenrous times to get back to me and when she does its, we still trying to find which store has it, and the last one, she sent an email to a higher authority but they have an out of office.</p> <p>we paid R5000 cash and has been dealt a wrong hand with the false advertising. the FIX has taken our money but has not given us what they advertised. how can they advsertise a product but then say it was wrongly advertised. when i went to teh store last week Saturday, the sticker was still on the phoen in the display cabinet and teh manager says she forgot to remove it. how many other customers has THE FIX ****** with this bogus deal of there's and the customers have no clue they have been dealt a bad hand.</p> <p>i want someone from THE FIX to come back to me with regards to this matter.</p>
