On Thursday, 19 February 2015, I received a statement and an invoice from Fashion Express indicating that I owe them R6 200 and that the matter has been handed over to their lawyers to make a payment arrangement. I then contacted their customer service department to dispute the statement and invoice, as I have a Markhams account with the TFG and it did not make sense for me to open a Fashion express. on 23 February 2015,I filled in a dispute form and supp**** the required documents from their forensic department at Markhams Campus Square. a dispute reference number was issued on 24/02/2015. this morning I received a call from Fashion Express instructing me to at least pay a minimum amount of R200. From 10h30 this morning, I have been calling the TFG forensic department to get feedback from the dispute launched, none of the agents have picked up my call. my major concern is who authorised the opening of the Fashion Express Account without my concern, to-date I have not received feedback about the dispute, I am a highly dissatisfied customer, as we speak.
