Francina the Horrible cashier from the fix maponya mall

The treatment i got from the fix maponya mall from francina who was a cashier was beyond disgusting, from the moment I went to pay ,she had an attitude. She gave me a reciept to sign. She then in an attitude took my card and the receipt and said to her colleague " i dont know if its my eyes but these signatures are not the same , still maintaining the attitude on her face, and her colleague requested for my id number ,she was very calm .i asked are there any verification questions you need to ask she said no, she could tell i was upset with how francina dealt withthe situation insinuating that i am a *********. I carry that card eveyday , if i was a *********,i would have memorized the damn signature and spent less time.
