Fix account foschini

They claimed their account card had no monthly fees then when i found out before activating the card i told them to cancel the card as i didnt have the funds to pay it every month. I was then told there was no need to cancel the account as it wasnt activated, and yet i am now receiving monthly sms to say i owe them money. I have contacted their customer service and they have not responded, i have also contacted their accounts department and no response. This is honestly disgusting from a group as big as the TFG group.
