FALSE ADVERTISING+BAD ATTITUDE=DISASTER

I accompanied my Nigerian friend to purchase a coat from the above mentioned store. I told her the shop is among the best in the country as you really get value for money. When we got to the shop we took a coat that was priced as R299.00 to my surprise she was made to pay R340.00 for the coat. She told me she was unimpressed by this and we went back into the store and asked them to refund us the difference as we are only willing to take the coat based on the price tag amount. the ladies refused and said they told my Nigerian friend that the jacket is more than what the tag says. According to retail norms you are given items at the advertised cost and I have never heard of an item being sold at a higher price than the tagged amount. the ladies assisting us at the kiosk were not only rude but even went as far as telling me that it is not within their work scope to ensure that items are tagged with the correct prices as they are too many items in the shop. they even refused me to write my own reason for returning the item as they said the systems generates reasons why items are returned???? I love shopping with TFG and particularly FExpress but after yesterday I have no desire
