False Accusations

I recently experienced abysmal customer service that left me utterly disappointed from one of The FIX staff member. The representatives were rude and nasty displaying a lack of knowledge and courtesy. To make matters worse, false accusations were thrown my way, further tarnishing the company's integrity. It's disheartening when a business fails to prioritize customer satisfaction and resorts to baseless allegations. It happened I bought a silky skirt from one of The FIX stores at Maponya Mall and the skirt that I bought was the only one left and the skirt had stains and was dirty but due to some circumstances I had to buy the skirt in that state but I unfortunately the skirt was too big and I had to bring it back and I was accused and humiliated by one of the lady's at The FIX saying that I wore the skirt but I didn't even wore the skirt once. I was really embarrassed everyone was looking at me and the lady kept going on and on. So I had the worst experience ever I really hope this matter I will be taken to consideration and no one should ever experience such ever again.
