Excellent Customer Service By Sthembiso

Today i went to The Fix Store in Mall Of Africa to buy cargo pants which i saw online that they do have stock, i checked everywhere but I couldn't find them. I went straight to the register and asked this other cashier guy if he could assist me in finding these particular pants, tjo the guy didn't even bother to check for me he just Told me straight that they don't have stock his customer service is very worse which is a bad thing for the reputation of the store, i almost lost my mind. The interesting part there was this other lady next to him by the of Sthembiso, she offered to assist me she went all out and even had to get the floor manager to assist, Big up to her as well. They did find the pants.

The Fix you need to have more people like Sthembiso to work for you, and acknowledge their hard work. She such a wonderful person.
