Excellent Customer Service

To whom it May concern

A special thank you goes to a lady called Zanele Ndlovu at The Fix Festival Mall, I went to the shop a while back and wanted a certain shoe, i was so disappointed because my size wasn't available in store. Zanele on the other hand, took my numbers and said she will advise me as soon as the shoe is available. As promised, she did return my call and i was extremely surprised and intrigued by the service received as we all know that most retail stores promise customers things and never deliver. Talk about Good service, she called and unfortunately advised me that the shoe wasn't available still but asked me if i was willing to go to Alex mall as that was the nearest shop i could go too from the list she had read out. I advised her that i was willing to go there and she organised a Lady by the Name Nthabiseng her colleague who works there to help me and keep the shoe for me. Talk about customer service.

I'd like to thank her for the Extra ordinary Service i have received and ask of her to keep up the Good Work.

I would Highly recommend her for a promotion.
