Empty promises again

Empty promises again! Its been 3 months without my phone which went in for repairs (Hisense F10) still i get empty promises from The fix (The Glen). I wonder what takes such companies to give customer service because after writing to Hello peter (15 January 2019), the store Manager of the Glen branch called and promised to call me back on the same day with feedback (last week Thursday) to date she has not called. People must know that buying from this shop is as good as throwing money away. Who on earth would spend money for a phone that they don't possess? I wonder if ill ever get this phone back, it is just a Hi sense for goodness sake . Looks like this shop is proud of the Pathetic service they give. You seriously need to give your staff training. Empty promises has never been an answer.
