Disrespectful Staff members

I went to exchange items at The Fix store in Vangate mall on the 03.05.2023 and 2 of the staff members ( Tracey and the tall guy with the silver in his mouth ) were so unprofessional and treated us like shop lifters . I bought things cash and on account and they seemed to have a problem with it and felt the need of speaking about the customer (me ) infront of my face and I think it’s completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve worked in retail before and I’ve NEVER treated any customer like that , irrespective the color of skin we were trained to treat everyone equally. Nothing that I done or bought in that store indicated that I was there to ***** . They need to be sent to be taught customer service skills .
