Disrespectful employees at the fix

I am completely shocked at the level of service you offer from your century city store. I purchased a black 3 quarter sleeve off the shoulder body suit, and I took a size too small. The top was purchased on the 9th of March 2019 and I attempted to return it on the 10th of March 2019 as it was too small. Yoliswa at the century city store then throws the top down and places it back in the packet and says we don't accept this, it s underwear. Underwear my ass. I said to her please tell me how this is underwear because it's a top I wear over my underwear, it's not lacey lingerie. She spoke in her language to her colleagues so I couldn't understand what she said but then she turned to me and said again Hai it's underwear. When I asked her to show me on the slip where it says that this top is classified as underwear, she then laughed at me. I was so angry. She had no respect for a customer and to think I shop at your store every weekend and I refer all my friends to your store. Well it's safe to say I won't be doing that any longer. To my knowledge, this is a top and according to the CPA law, I can return it within 7 days. The item is unworn and the tags are attached. She proceeded to help other people who didn't even have a slip.
