Disrespected

I was handed over by the fix went to the fix potchefstroon to settle my account on the 1st of September went there on the 2nd to give them my email address for the paid up letter got there 1 minute late after they closed tried explaining I just knocked off they still wouldn't help said to me I should go to foshini went there when I got there I was helped on was told that I was going to get my paid up letter on the 7th September . On the 7th September didn't receive any paid letter went to the store on the 16th of September which is foshini potchefstroon called in again for my paid said I was going to get on the 17th of September ... On the 17th of September went to the fix potchefstroon to enquire again I was given an attitude by one lady and told me that she won't be able to help because I'm from foshini I should go back there as weak as I was because I just got vacaticinated... I'm really tired of this honestly cause now im m being disrespected please help
