Disrespect from employees

I would like to lay a complainant about the way I was treated by one of you employees(a male and female) at The Fix Randburg Square on Thursday, 1stly I use my money to buy and I have been a loyal TFG customer for years to be treated like I am being done a favour.I bougt my son jeans online and upon arrival they were tight, then I ordered another pair and decided to return the tight one to the store.I was met with such disrespect from the lady working at the till and his supervisor(male) being told that they dont sell men clothes therefore I cannot return the jeans there I should go to Fourways Mall.I refused and I told them that they are going to take those jeans because when you buy on The Fix Online store there's no where you are told not to take it to selected stores but only those who sell men clothes. I am angry, ****ed annoyed and demand an apology from those two otherwise am going to take it further
