Disgusting

My mom has been getting calls from you guys saying I am behind with my payments and that I haven’t paid since June. I really don’t know what you guys are smoking there or who has been *****ing from your customers but I been paying r500 every month via FNB app o still have all the proof of payments since COVID started. And you need to call my mother to apologize since you been calling her non stop even causing her stress. And where the hell do you get the right to even call my father from? And the minute I get time from work I am gonna close the account so I can pay it off and be done with it. Was only keeping the fix card because of Donna clothes, not only are your clothes ugly but your staff is unprofessional and very unpleasant
