Disappointing service !!!

Bought clothes cash via at The fix stores , a few data later wanted to take back some items in the exact condition I bought them and I’m told the store has cash!!! I went twice to 2 different stores that are at least 25 mins away from me , and I get the same response!!! They don’t know when they will have cash and I should just keep on trying ??? First of all, I spend money to travel to these shops ? My time ? Who is accounting for all of that ? I am such a loyal customer for this shop , can’t believe I am spending so much just to get my money back ? Then I get told I should take a voucher ? What the hell really - what happened to serving your clients ?
