Disappointed

The Fix at Maponya malll, the lady at the till is very unprofessional when dealing with customers. I was there to collect a parcel i purchased online...told i got an sms to come and collect but no otp was sent with the sms. She told me she she will send me the sms so i can release my parcel..2 weeks down the line - i have not received any SMS...
