Disappointed customer

Was just at the fix maponya mall, the cashiers there are soooorude including management...we had to wait at the counter before we got assistance while they were busy talking and laughing standing there...when they finally got there no apology no greeting nothing...I'm really disappointed with the service I got....I could really appreciate it if I would get a positive feedback.please get back to me
