Am Very Disappointed with The Fix Online., I Always Buy Their Clothes Online But Always They Deliver Very Late It Started With Shoes Last Year I Ordered On Month End August And I Got My Order Month End September which They Said Its Only Taking 5 Working Days But My Order Took A Month

Secondly I Ordered A Jacket Last Month And It Took 3 Weeks To Be Delivered

Thirdly I Ordered 4 Things And Paid But My Receipt Shows Only 3 Things, When I Ask They Don't Know Where My Order Is At The Fix Menlyn

I Tried Complaining To Head Office But All I Get Is Apologies But They Don't Escalate My Problem Or Fix Their Online

Their Service The Fix Menlyn Is Very Very Bad Due To Online And They Don't Care!!!
